The first convocation ceremony of Meenakshi College of Nursing in Madurai was held. A constituent of the Meenakshi Mission Hospital and Research Center (MMHRC), the college is one of the prestigious nursing institutes in Tamil Nadu that produces skilled students for the nursing profession. 28 students who have successfully completed the four-year B.Sc Nursing (Nursing) program were awarded Bachelor Degree Certificates during the event. Among them, the top three students were awarded the Chinnammal Vidyachelvam Award for academic excellence along with cash prizes of Rs.1,75,000/-.
During this event Dr. Gurushankar said, “It gives me satisfaction and satisfaction that our college has produced nurses with high competence, professional elegance, responsibility and kindness.
