Genetic testing as appropriate – Karyotyping, FISH, QF-PCR, CMA, WES – is offered. We also suggest fetal autopsy for indicated cases. • Selective Fetal Reduction procedures are available for higher order pregnancies. In case of Monochorionic twins, Radiofrequency ablation is done. In case of fetal anemia and hydrops due to Rh iso- immunisation or fetal infection, intrauterine transfusion is done.
