The Department of Neurology at MMHRC offers comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients with neurological disorders like dementia, epilepsy, movement disorders, chronic pain, headaches, multiple sclerosis, neuropathic pain, sleep disorders and many other neurological ailments. It is known to be one of the finest neuro-specialty centers in Tamil Nadu. With a state-of-the-art cross-referral system, we diagnose and handle rare complications, like for instance, Pet CT is used to diagnose and treat paraneoplastic neurological disorders like autoimmune encephalitis and neuropathy. We also have facilities to evaluate localization related medically refractory epilepsy which will help in surgical cure for epilepsy.
